Jennifer Coffman

Coach Jennifer graduated with honors from Texas Christian University and then pursued a medical degree from UT Southwestern, where she was named top student in emergency medicine. Following graduation, she stayed at UT Southwestern for her emergency medicine residency at Parkland hospital, which she accomplished while raising two children under the age of three. Coach Jennifer is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and currently serves as the medical director of her hospital’s emergency department. She has extensive leadership training and pursued her Certified Physician Executive Degree in 2017. In 2018, she became a fellowship trained coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. In 2020, she was named director of the year by EMC of TeamHealth and was also awarded physician of the year by the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council.Her favorite thing about coaching is when clients have breakthrough moments, and she looks forward to bringing coaching to healthcare and other industries. Jennifer is a wife and mother to two wonderful children. Her interests include TCU football, traveling, skiing, and good food.
