As “certified” coaches, our job is to approach a "Coaching Topic" with techniques approved by the International Coaching Federation to help the client develop a successful plan. Through coaching sessions characterized by active listening, powerful questions, and goal implementation, we promise to coach each of our clients to the place they strive to be.
