Our Coaches

Dr. Collin O’Hara, MD, MSHPE, ACC is a board-certified pathologist and physician development coach with extensive experience in academic medicine, curriculum leadership, and professional coaching. She has served on the faculties of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Burnett School of Medicine at Texas Christian University, where she has developed medical curricula and coached learners and physicians in professional growth, leadership, and well-being. Dr. O’Hara holds board certifications in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and cytopathology, and she is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She brings over a decade of clinical practice and medical education experience to her work helping physicians strengthen clarity, confidence, and purpose in their careers. In 2024, she was honored to win the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Faculty Achievement Award for her leadership as a curriculum director. She completed her Master of Science in Education for Healthcare Professionals from Texas A&M University in 2025, further supporting her dedication to impactful teaching and coaching. Her coaching philosophy aligns with the wellness-centered model of leadership which emphasizes three core tenets: care about people always, cultivate individual and team relationships, and inspire change (Shanafelt et al., 2021).
